Nursery Administrator
Dicky Birds Nursery & Preschool – Durham Road, Raynes Park

Salary: £18,000 per annum
Dicky Birds Nursery & Preschool in Raynes Park is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Nursery Administrator to join our team.
This is a part-time role working 3 days a week, 8 hours per day (24 hours per week) to start with, with the possibility of increasing to full-time hours in the future.
About the Role
As our Nursery Administrator, you will help keep the nursery running smoothly by providing day-to-day administrative and reception support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming families, visitors and staff to the nursery
- Answering telephone calls and emails
- Supporting with general administration and record keeping
- Updating nursery systems and paperwork
- Helping with enrolments, attendance and children’s records
- Supporting the Nursery Manager and wider team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
- Following company policies and procedures
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organised and reliable
- Friendly and approachable
- Confident using computers and basic office systems
- Able to communicate well with parents, visitors and colleagues
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Previous administration or reception experience would be beneficial

Dicky Birds Nursery & Preschool is located on Durham Road in Raynes Park, close to Raynes Park train station and local transport links. The nursery provides a warm, welcoming environment where children and families feel a strong sense of belonging
