Fourth Way is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for the 3pm to Midnight shift. You will manage a team to exceed KPIs and ensure safe, efficient operations.
You will coach, lead, motivate and develop colleagues, drive daily output, and liaise with team meetings to reinforce health and safety culture.
Experience in a warehouse environment is desirable; strong communication, leadership and coaching skills are essential to deliver targets.
