Parkdean Resorts is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our busy UK kitchen teams. You’ll work closely with Head Chef and Sous Chef to produce tasty, well-presented dishes, lead a section, and help deliver memorable holiday experiences.
You’ll manage your station, ensure hygiene, portion control, and stock handling, while staying calm under pressure during service. Flexible shifts including weekends and bank holidays are required; a Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate is preferred.
