We’re looking for two Loss Prevention CCTV Investigators to join our team in Barnsley. This is much more than watching CCTV. You’ll combine AI-powered CCTV technology, parcel tracking data and investigative intelligence to uncover theft, identify suspicious behaviour and spot emerging risks across our UK network.

You’ll follow the evidence, piece together what happened and turn data and footage into intelligence that helps protect our people, parcels and business.

What you’ll be doing

• Using AI-enabled CCTV technology to identify suspicious activity, theft and emerging patterns across our network.
• Leading investigations into parcel loss, internal theft and organised dishonesty from initial intelligence through to outcome.
• Tracking parcels through their journey and using CCTV and operational data to establish where and how losses occurred.
• Analysing loss data, claims, customer complaints and operational information to identify high-risk locations and trends.
• Using AI video search tools to quickly locate people, vehicles, incidents and behaviours relevant to investigations.
• Building clear investigative timelines, evidence packs and professional case reports.
• Identifying repeat offenders, organised patterns and vulnerabilities before they develop into larger losses.
• Supporting disciplinary and criminal investigations, including engagement with law enforcement where appropriate.
• Working closely with Loss Prevention, Operations, Fraud, HR, Legal and Data teams across Evri.
• Turning investigation findings into practical recommendations that help prevent future losses.

What we’re looking for

You’ll ideally have experience within Loss Prevention, Security, Investigations, Intelligence, Fraud Prevention or Law Enforcement, with the confidence to handle sensitive investigations objectively and professionally.

You’ll be comfortable reviewing CCTV and working with data to spot patterns and anomalies. Strong investigation and report-writing skills are important, as is the ability to manage several cases at once without losing attention to detail.

Experience within logistics, parcel delivery, retail, transport or distribution would be a real advantage, as would previous exposure to AI-powered CCTV or video analytics technology.

You’ll also need a good understanding of GDPR, data protection and CCTV governance, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience with Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools would be beneficial.
