Clear-Com Engineering Team is currently seeking a Software Engineering Placement to contribute to the design, development, analysis, and testing of intercom products as part of an Agile development team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who demonstrates strong interest in networking technologies, and development on embedded operating systems on Linux, Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android. This 48-week Internship offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team of talented engineers that works in an Agile way to develop state-of-the-art intercom systems.
This role will be based in our Cambridge Engineering office located in the Cambridge Research Park.
In This Position You Will
- Use Agile and lean methodologies in a scrum team with a dedicated mentor
- Write and validate unit and integration tests
- Collaborate on code reviews and update functional specifications

- You are a good team player and a good communicator.

- Enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced development team.
- Appetite to learn new products and tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Ability to use multiple operating systems (Linux, Mac OS X, Windows).
