I am working with a growing provider who are expanding into residential children’s care. They already have a strong background supporting young people and have built experienced teams, meaning you will be joining a well supported, well structured environment from day one. You will be supporting children and young people with complex needs, helping to create a safe, nurturing and structured environment where they can thrive.
The role:
- Supporting the day to day running of the home alongside the Registered Manager and Deputy
- Providing high quality care in line with safeguarding and Ofsted standards
- Building strong, therapeutic relationships with young people
- Acting as a key worker and contributing to care plans and development plans
- Supporting with daily records, reports and general administration
- Promoting a positive, homely environment
