I am working with a growing provider who are expanding into residential children’s care. They already have a strong background supporting young people and have built experienced teams, meaning you will be joining a well supported, well structured environment from day one. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of something new, where your voice is heard and you can help shape the culture of the home. You will be supporting children and young people with complex needs, helping to create a safe, nurturing and structured environment where they can thrive.
The role:
- Supporting the day to day running of the home alongside the Registered Manager and Deputy
- Providing high quality care in line with safeguarding and Ofsted standards
- Building strong, therapeutic relationships with young people
- Acting as a key worker and contributing to care plans and development plans
- Supporting with daily records, reports and general administration
- Promoting a positive, homely environment
