We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established company that operates within the building and construction sector.
The are seeking an experienced candidate to provide comprehensive administrative and commercial support to the Commercial Department.
Ensuring the efficient management of contractual documentation subcontract orders, customer applications, payment processes and project records. The role also supports the Purchasing Department and assists the wider business with general administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Preparing, raising and issuing subcontract orders.
- Liaising with clients and following up on outstanding client orders.
- Preparing, raising and issuing customer applications for payment.
- Chasing payment certificates and assisting with customer debt collection.
- Preparing, raising and issuing Letters of Indemnity.
- Maintaining and updating the Master Contract Schedule.
- Managing electronic project files, including scanning, filing and maintaining
- project documentation and data forms.
- Preparing and submitting weekly commercial reports to the Managing Director
- and Commercial Manager.
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Purchasing Department.
- Managing the distribution of incoming and outgoing post
- Providing general commercial and administrative support, including additional ad hoc duties as required
