An exciting opportunity to join our St Helens team as an Administrator has become available.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working alongside our admin team leader, you’ll be responsible for supporting the operations function to ensure that all branch administrative activities are conducted in the most efficient manner, within the timescales set and to the quality standards required.
- Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be dealing with any enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating where necessary.
- Your day-to-day role will involve lots of liaising with customers, co-ordinating and reporting on maintenance activity, data entry and raising invoices.
