Reporting into the Content and Campaign Management Group Head as a Content & Campaign Executive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring campaigns are delivered to the highest standards - from content chasing and scheduling to campaign monitoring and reporting. You’ll work closely with Sales, Creative, and Operations teams to make sure that all campaign content is to spec, governance-compliant, and scheduled on time to deliver maximum impact. Juggling multiple priorities effectively will be key, alongside providing an exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
What you’ll be doing…
- Chasing, receiving, and scheduling campaign content, ensuring everything meets spec and compliance standards.
- Supporting the smooth delivery of both digital and classic campaigns, from content upload to poster production.
- Monitoring live campaigns and resolving any under-delivery issues, providing Proof of Play and campaign imagery.
- Handling campaign-related queries and working closely with Sales, Creative, and Operations teams to keep everything on track.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
