Role Description

We’ve been active in the real estate lending market since 2020, with a focus on bridging and refurbishment finance. We are now seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our loan book. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a highly ambitious and well-funded firm at a pivotal stage of growth. Your primary focus will be originating secured property loan opportunities ranging from £300k to £5m. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with brokers and borrowers to drive deal flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate new loan opportunities between £300k and £5macross residential and mixed-use properties.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and borrowers.
• Manage the full deal lifecycle from lead generation through to execution.
• Work closely with the wider team to assess deal viability and risk.
• Represent Clear Capital at networking events, conferences, and industry functions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate lending origination.
• Established and robust network of brokers and borrowers.
• Strong analytical and financial assessment capabilities.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
• Valid UK driver’s licence.
