We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our growing sales team as a Sales Representative / Junior Stockbroker in an FCA regulated environment, with a clear development pathway towards becoming an FCA regulated Stockbroker. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with telesales experience who are looking to build a long-term career within the financial services industry. Full training, guidance, and ongoing support will be provided by experienced team. Please only apply if you have telesales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective investors who have previously expressed interest in our investment research through publicly advertised channels.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and customer service.
  • Introduce potential clients to our investment services and assist them with account applications.
  • Arrange telephone and face-to-face appointments for Senior Brokers where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets.

Requirements
