We're looking for ambitious and commercially minded Retentions Account Managers to join our Customer Retentions team. This is a high-energy, target-driven sales role where you'll speak with existing business customers, helping them renew and retain the products and services they rely on while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

What we want you to do

As a Retentions Account Manager, you'll manage conversations with existing customers approaching renewal, helping them understand the value of staying with Clear Business and ensuring we continue to meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Speaking to existing business customers to discuss upcoming contract renewals.
  • Building strong customer relationships through meaningful conversations and excellent account management.
  • Identifying customer needs and finding solutions that encourage long-term retention and loyalty.
  • Negotiating product, pricing and contract options to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Managing objections confidently and professionally to retain customer business.
  • Maintaining accurate records across CRM and business systems.
  • Working within company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing expert knowledge of our products, services, and sales processes.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure customers receive a seamless experience.

What you need to have already done to be right for this role

We're looking for people who love sales, enjoy customer interaction, and are motivated by achieving results. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume B2B sales, retentions, renewals or account management role.
  • Experience negotiating products, pricing, contracts or commercial agreements with customers.
  • A strong understanding of customer retention and sales techniques.
  • A customer-focused approach with a proven ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
