At Clear Business, we're looking for a Customer Onboarding Advisor to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in customer service, customer care, or customer support who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As the first point of contact for our new customers, you'll play a vital role in shaping their experience with Clear Business. You'll guide customers through their onboarding journey, ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial setup through to service activation. What we want you to do

  • Manage customer onboarding activities from receipt of order through to successful service activation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and managing expectations throughout their onboarding journey.
  • Review and validate customer information to ensure records and documentation are accurate and complete.
  • Build positive relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience from day one.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, delays, or concerns that could impact customer outcomes.
  • Work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and third-party partners to coordinate onboarding activities.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, complaints, and escalations through to resolution.
  • Ensure all activity is completed accurately and compliantly in line with company policies and standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What you need to have already done to be right for this role

We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in delivering a brilliant service experience. You'll ideally have:

  • Experience within a customer service, customer care, onboarding, administration, service delivery, or operational support environment.
  • Experience managing customer cases from start to finish.
  • Experience working to service levels, targets, or performance measures.
  • A track record of handling customer enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Experience within a B2B environment, working with multiple workstreams, CRM systems, or third-party suppliers would be advantageous but isn't essential.
