At Clear Business, we're looking for ambitious Business Development Managers to help drive our continued growth across the South West.
This is a field-based role where you'll take ownership of your territory, generating new opportunities, meeting business owners face-to-face, and delivering solutions that help businesses thrive.
Whether you're prospecting, attending appointments, or closing deals, you'll play a key role in growing our customer base while benefiting from a highly rewarding commission structure and genuine career development opportunities.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the entire sales journey, from generating opportunities through to securing new customers and maintaining strong relationships.
Our Business Development Managers are the cornerstone of our Sales team, generating new revenue, helping us to grow and building brand awareness across a variety of industries and locations.
- What we want you to do
- Self-generate appointments through proactive prospecting and cold-calling activity.
- Attend qualified customer appointments pre-arranged by our Contact Centre team, alongside developing and managing your own sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to installation and customer satisfaction reviews.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses and become a trusted adviser within your region.
- Develop opportunities within target markets, supported by marketing campaigns and lead generation activity.
- Maintain expert knowledge of Clear Business products and services.
- Attend training sessions, sales meetings, and regional events to enhance your skills and performance.
