The Role:
Your role will be varied and all-encompassing with the duties listed below. For a full job specification please contact Clear Automotive.
- Manage the on-site team of experts - Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, Estimator and all administrative staff (Technicians)
- Entire site management, including Health and Safety, Performance Management, Financials and Customer Service and setting targets
- Ideally familiar with the Autoflow BMS and Audatex estimating system
- Leading by example and promoting a positive work ethic
- Responsible for recruitment and delivering against key performance indicators with the help of senior management team
- Ensuring Key to Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded
- Provide strong leadership to direct reports and all site employees, to drive performance and achieve or exceed all financial and operational targets
- Understand the business needs, accounts, reports and KPIs
- Effectively manage site resources and costs to optimise capability and profitability
- Monitor individual productive performance to minimise non-productive time
- Establish, maintain and promote good working relations with key personnel
- Hold daily production meetings to ensure work completion targets with team leaders, parts and reception staff
- Actively and efficiently manage work provider and supplier relationships
- Dealing with any customer issues
