Fantastic opportunity to lead a high performing site in Hampton with a salary of £60,000 OTE £80,000. This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, with a car allowance of £500 per month and 33 days annual leave including bank holidays. Yearly pay reviews are also included.
We are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Manager to take the lead at a well-established, high-performing site in the Tunbridge Wells area. The role is in a stable, supportive environment that values career growth and encourages success.
As Bodyshop Manager, you will be the driving force behind a skilled and passionate on-site team – including Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, Estimators, and admin staff. You will lead from the front, creating a positive, productive work environment and setting the pace for performance, quality, and customer service.
Responsibilities:- Full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site – health & safety, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team morale.
- Set targets, monitor KPI, and ensure work is completed safely and to the highest standards.
- Manage the repair and claims process, acting as the go-to person from job estimates to final delivery. Experience with Autoflow BMS and Audatex is a benefit.
- Recruit new talent, hold daily production meetings, and work closely with parts, reception, suppliers, and work providers to keep operations running smoothly.
- Meet or exceed CSI and Key-to-Key targets.
- Maintain strong leadership, cost and productivity focus, and resolve any issues, including customer complaints.
