We’re currently hiring a Level 3 Vehicle Technician for a leading service centre. As a Vehicle Technician/ Mechanic, you will be already skilled in servicing and repair/replacement work. You’ll have the ability to carry out more complex tasks such as clutches and timing belt replacements and diagnostics in areas such as vehicle electrics, brake steering and suspension systems. You will be given endless opportunities to enhance your skills and development including access to hybrid training plus the ATA & MOT Tester Qualifications. The Job: Vehicle Technician / Mechanic You’ll perform interim, full, and major services on all types of cars Follow-up repair and replacement work. Responsibilities include working on tyres, brakes, transmission, steering, suspension, and more Inspect vehicle components including brakes, lights, steering, and tyres for functionality and safety. Confident use of hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance. Communicate findings clearly to customers, providing explanations of any issues discovered during testing. Adhere to health and safety regulations while working in the workshop environment Team player willing to assist in other workshop duties as and when required.
