Salary and Working Hours: £35,455 – £39,000 (Days or afternoon shift)
- £35,455 – Days 6am – 3.30pm Monday – Friday
- £39,000 – Lates 3pm – 1am Monday – Thursday & 3pm – 8pm Friday
Position Details: Permanent Position, 42.5 hours per week, 28 days holiday, Canteen, Pension, Career Progression available in Smart Repair.
Position Summary: We currently have 4 SMART Repair technician positions available to focus on removing minor scuffs and dents on vehicles being prepared for sale. These positions offer an immediate start on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities: You will be required to carry out SMART car body work repairs such as minor scuffs and dents, polishing existing paint work, masking cars, minor paint work touch ups, scratch removals, and assistance with any other tasks as directed. Work within specified times and in line with repair methods.
Qualifications: You will need Smart Repair, paint, vehicle polisher, and paint prepper experience to carry out repairs to a high standard. Experience working in the automotive sector as a Smart Repairer / Polisher. Understanding of repair methods required for this job role. Experience with or happy working in a high‑volume modern body shop. Smart Repair experience is essential to be successful in this role.
