As a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Administrator, you will play a key role as the first point of contact for customers - ensuring they receive a first-class experience from start to finish. Your role will include:
- Handle calls from customers who have their vehicle booked in for repair with the centre
- Deal with customers coming into site and ensure their needs are identified and met
- Deal with all administration regarding all customer claims and documentation
- Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
- Approach all customers and assist with requests, including requests regarding vehicle repairs
- Prepare job packs
- Update Autoflow bodyshop management system as required
- Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and all customer complaints to be brought to the attention of the Bodyshop Manager
- Initiate job documentation and maintain customer records and follow-up systems
Experience Required:
- You must have an excellent customer focused service background
- Ideally you will have worked in a Bodyshop / Accident repair centre or Dealership in a customer focused role
- You will have an excellent telephone manner and go above and beyond for all customers
