We are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join a clean, efficient Accident Repair Centre. The Role
As a skilled Panel Beater, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality repairs to accident-damaged vehicles, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out structural and non-structural vehicle repairs
- Repair and replace damaged body panels
- Strip and refit vehicle body components
- Complete quarter panel replacements and body rebuilds
- Panel straightening and filler work
- Welding and bonding vehicle structures
- Jig and alignment work where required
- Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition
- Follow manufacturer repair methods and BS10125 standards
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience as a Panel Beater within an accident repair environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques
- Experience carrying out structural repairs
- ATA, NVQ Level 3 or IMI Level 3 qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
- Pride in producing high-quality workmanship
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
