General Manager (Would suit an experienced Bodyshop Manager) Overseeing the performance of the sites ensuring efficient production and accurate forecasting Reporting of management information to include production levels, parts, paint and staffing levels Effectively manage Bodyshop Managers assisting them with the day to day running of their sites ensuring the production targets are met and colleagues at those sites and supported and managed in line with company\’s policies, procedures and best practice. Working closely with the Bodyshop Managers to ensure consistent performance management and development of colleagues. To strengthen the overall capability of the company, work closely with Bodyshop Managers on identifying and growing talent. You\’ll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site – everything from health & safety and financial performance to customer satisfaction and team morale. That includes setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Strong leadership, a sharp eye on costs and productivity, and the ability to deal with any issues are all part of the package.
