As a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Administrator, you will play a key role as the first point of contact for customers - ensuring they receive a first-class experience from start to finish. Your role will include:

  • Handle calls from customers who have their vehicle booked in for repair with the centre
  • Deal with customers coming into site and ensure their needs are identified and met
  • Deal with all administration regarding all customer claims and documentation
  • Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
  • Approach all customers and assist with requests
