This role moves fast and you'll be managing multiple client accounts across different time zones (primarily the US), which means your working day won't always follow a predictable pattern. What we're looking for is someone organised and structured enough to stay on top of a busy account portfolio, but adaptable enough to shift priorities without dropping the ball. You communicate clearly and confidently, whether that's writing a client update, flagging a problem internally, or asking the right questions on a strategy call.

The Amazon Full Service Manager will own the overall performance of our clients' Amazon businesses, including both Vendor and Seller accounts. This vital role ensures clients not only reach but surpass their sales and profitability goals, while upholding brand integrity and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position calls for someone with exceptional talent who is excited to take on challenges and excel in advertising, inventory management, and data-driven performance strategies.

ClearAds is a dynamic digital advertising agency that specializes in helping brands manage and grow their Amazon presence. We provide a comprehensive Amazon Full Service Management solution, supporting our clients in everything from product listings to advertising and performance optimization.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Data Rova, Seller Sprite, Helium 10, Sellerboard, Sellerise, and other Amazon software.
  • Use internal Amazon data from Brand Analytics, Product Opportunity Explorer, and other Amazon business reports to identify the best growth opportunities for clients.
  • Amazon Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients' Amazon accounts, handling day-to-day management of both Seller and/or Vendor Central platforms.
  • Manage content updates (product descriptions, images, bullet points etc.), coordinate with clients to monitor stock levels, forecast inventory needs, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Quickly and efficiently handle account issues such as photo or keyword violations, incorrect complaints, pesticide warnings, missing information on listings, lost buy boxes, missing inventory, and other common issues that arise on accounts.
  • Manage any VAs that help with the day-to-day maintenance and monitoring of a client's account.
  • Advertising & Promotional Management: Lead the development and execution of Amazon Advertising strategies (Sponsored Ads/DSP) to drive visibility and sales growth for clients.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI and client success.

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to clients, offering clear insights and actionable recommendations to drive growth.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Highlight focal points that showcase the effectiveness of Clear Ads’ performance and create clear timelines that showcase what is being worked on and delivered.
  • Effectively manage and track time on each account to ensure that all accounts get the agreed deliverables.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and business growth.
