We\’re looking for an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to lead and deliver exciting, diverse projects that balance environmental sensitivity with creative vision. The Role
As Senior Landscape Architect, you will:
Shape development proposals from inception to completion, placing landscape planning at the forefront.
Deliver high-quality reporting, including LVAs, LVIAs, EIAs, feasibility studies, and strategic landscape proposals.
Provide expert due diligence advice on landscape character and visual matters.
Collaborate with in-house ecology, green/blue infrastructure, and arboriculture teams for integrated project solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, statutory bodies, and LPAs.
Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing.
Contribute to business development and explore opportunities for winning new work.
About You
You\’re a creative, solutions-focused professional who thrives on variety and collaboration. You bring technical expertise, design vision, and a commitment to delivering projects that respect and enhance the environment.
Degree in a relevant subject.
Minimum 4 years experience, ideally CMLI or on the Pathway to Chartership.
Proven experience in LVIAs and LVAs, with strong mitigation and landscape design skills.
EIA experience and a strong grasp of UK legislative and planning policy frameworks.
Skilled in project management and client engagement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience mentoring colleagues.
Track record in business development.
Involvement in Public Inquiry work.
