As the Director of a growing business unit delivering RF intelligence & geolocation services, you’ll take ownership of the strategy, globally distributed team, technical roadmap, product vision and financials across the company’s portfolio. An integral role focused on advancing next-generation capabilities and delivering to partners worldwide.

Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
  • 5+ years in a leadership role in aerospace, defence, space systems, or intelligence sectors.

  • Deep technical or market understanding of RF systems, SIGINT, space-based sensing, or geospatial intelligence.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional technical teams and managing complex, distributed programs.
  • Experience with regulated or security-cleared programs
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and executive communication skills.
  • Solid organisational structure and awareness of revenue growth drivers
