CleanTech Talent is supporting an innovative space technology business in the search for a Delivery Project Manager to lead complex programme delivery across satellite services, bespoke technical programmes, and government/defence-related contracts.
This role will suit someone with solid technical credibility and disciplined programme leadership, able to manage delivery from baseline to closure across schedule, cost, risk, subcontractors, and technical execution.
You will work across engineering, MAIT, launch, and operations teams to keep delivery on track, drive cross-functional alignment, manage formal technical reviews, and ensure leadership has accurate, decision-ready programme insight at all times.
Key requirements:- 5+ years in programme/project delivery within space, aerospace, defence, or another complex engineering environment
- Experience managing programmes end-to-end across planning, baseline control, subcontractor coordination, and delivery governance
- Solid working knowledge of tools such as MS Project, Primavera, JIRA, or equivalent
- Ability to operate credibly with technical teams and bring structure to complex delivery environments
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar technical field
- Government, national security, defence, or export-controlled programme experience
- Familiarity with PDR, CDR, TRR, MAIT, launch integration, and LEOP
- PMP, IPMA, or similar certification
- Security clearance, or eligibility to obtain it
