The Role: We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our client’s innovative and passionate marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-quality lead generation, accelerating sales cycles, managing industry events, and executing digital marketing campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact across key initiatives while contributing to the global renewable energy transition.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Global Pipeline Growth and Sales Acceleration: Generate high-quality leads and accelerate sales cycles through data-driven marketing campaigns. Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to engage high-value accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Campaign and Event Management: Leverage a mix of inbound and outbound content, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and events, to maximise engagement. Create targeted content (whitepapers, case studies, landing pages) to support campaigns, with ongoing performance monitoring and optimisation. Manage all global industry event sponsorships, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
- Marketing Automation: Design and implement marketing automation workflows to enhance engagement and conversion. Own and improve marketing processes, including campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting. Develop real-time dashboards and marketing reports to track KPIs (CPL, MQL to SQL conversion, etc.).
- Reporting and Market Insights: Manage monthly reporting on OKRs, KPIs, insights, and key lessons learned related to the continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness, including inbound leads and overall campaign performance. Conduct market reviews, customer trends, and competitor analysis to help achieve company targets.
Experience:
- 5+ years of proven growth/performance marketing experience on a B2B basis, preferably in the energy/power systems sector.
- Proficiency in both HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure seamless lead management, data analytics, and sales alignment.
- Strong data-driven mindset, comfortable analysing data to inform marketing plans and prioritise investments.
- Process-oriented, flexible with change, and comfortable working in less-structured growth environments, offering recommendations for improvement.
- Proven accountability and a track record of taking ownership of marketing initiatives.
- Exceptional writing abilities and creative problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
