Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Senior HR Assistant to join their Human Resources team on a 24-week temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity to support a busy recruitment function, working within a collaborative team to deliver a high-quality HR and recruitment service.

The Role

Working alongside the Recruitment Team, you'll provide essential administrative support across the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and managing vacancies within HR systems
  • Posting job adverts across various job boards
  • Coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers
  • Recording interview feedback and maintaining accurate recruitment records
  • Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process
  • Managing a busy workload while meeting deadlines
  • Supporting wider HR administration activities as required
  • Building positive relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
  • Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HR procedures

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience working within HR or Recruitment (essential)
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Experience using HR systems and recruitment platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
  • A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A professional and confidential approach when handling sensitive information
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
