Interim Project / Site Manager - Defence Infrastructure, South East Kent
c£320/day Inside IR35 | 6-12 Months | Active SC Clearance Desirable
Our client is looking to hire an Interim Project/Site Manager for a hands-on assignment supporting delivery of multiple small to medium construction and minor works projects across a Defence estate in South East Kent.
You’ll own the full delivery cycle, pre-starts, contractor and supplier management, handovers, H&S compliance, project documentation and stakeholder liaison.
You'll need:
- Background in Defence estates, Royal Engineers, construction, minor works or FM
- Strong project and site management experience across concurrent projects
- Confidence running pre-start meetings, site audits and handovers
- Solid H&S knowledge and compliance experience
- Track record managing contractors, suppliers and stakeholders
- Good project documentation and reporting discipline
- SC clearance desirable
