Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Whiteley for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and nurturing client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, creating reports, working with other departments to address client needs, and staying informed about industry trends. The role may also involve generating leads and expanding the customer base through proactive outreach and networking.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in lead generation, sales strategies, and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and create detailed sales reports
- Self‑motivation, organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently on‑site
- Awareness of the environmental services industry is an advantage
- Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
