Role Accountabilities
- Dealing with customer enquiries and providing excellent customer services by phone and email.
Assist in the processing of orders from booking requests through to job confirmation and invoicing.
- Provide admin support and assistance to all sections of the business when required.
- Ensure paperwork is processed and completed correctly to allow accurate and timely invoicing.
- To input data into CSG's in-house computer databases and other administrative computer systems
- Provide support to the finance department to maintain sales spreadsheet and purchase order register.
Liaise with operational staff and other departments and depots within CSG to ensure information is accurately and quickly shared.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate, experience of MS Office
- Results orientated, self-starter who delivers to deadlines.
- Excellent team working skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Experience within a similar sector would be desirable, however, is not essential.
- Formal qualifications to a minimum GCSE level
- Previous experience delivering a wide range of administration functions would be advantageous.
- Competence and aptitude to work as part of team in a fast-paced office environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation and with external customers.
- Experience of using a CRM System would be desirable, however is not essential as training will be given.
