·Responding to customer enquiries in a professional manner by phone and email.
·Maintain filing system to ensure accurate administration of worksheets, work tickets and all other filing as requited.
·Input data into CSG’s in-house computer databases and other administrative computer systems.
·Process Sales and Purchase Invoices.
·Order stationary and provide admin support for ad hoc tasks.
·Compete all the relevant tasks for ‘end of month’ within the timescale given.
·Effectively coordinate with all sections of the business to meet tasks/deadlines
·Take ownership of customer orders and distribute to relevant sections of business; customer queries; and driver requests/queries for all sections of business.
·Coordinate other calls and activities as required
·Ensure compliance with the Group’s Health and Safety policy and behaviours.
·Demonstrate and provide the highest levels of service and professionalism to internal and external customers.
·Be proactive and adopt a focused approach to all your activities.
·Communicate clearly at all levels within the business.
Proactively manage your time and activities to ensure high level of efficiency and output.
