As Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of technical work packages, organising and managing technical resources, and contributing to the efficient delivery of our projects. Your role will include project management, planning and reporting, engagement with stakeholders at all levels, preparation and review of project deliverables, and technical leadership. You will liaise with clients and subcontractors, attend project meetings, oversee work packages, manage change, and take responsibility for work packages that will contribute to effective execution of complex projects. In addition, you will contribute to quality assurance processes, lead improvements in internal technical procedures, provide training and mentoring to junior engineers, and support business development through client engagement and representation.
We are looking for a well-rounded Senior Project Engineer with a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and creativity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic engineering environment. You will lead the development of innovative, efficient, and reliable solutions, delivering impactful designs that meet both current and future industry demands. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline or have equivalent industry experience, with proven ability to manage complex projects, work collaboratively across teams, and drive high-quality engineering solutions from concept through to completion.
