Your Tasks
As our HR Administration & Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a key part in keeping the site running smoothly. From supporting HR to helping the customer service team during busy periods, no two days will be the same. You’ll be at the centre of site operations—supporting colleagues and helping create a well-organised, engaging workplace.
- HR & Office Administration
- Organising site events and engagement activities
- Maintaining site documentation and records
- Supporting HR processes such as:
- New starter administration and inductions
- Return-to-work documentation
- Recruitment requests
- Taking notes in HR meetings
- Customer Service Support
- Assisting with customer queries
- Supporting order entry and processing
- Maintaining system data
- Helping the team manage workflow and priorities
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A great communicator, confident working with people at all levels
- Detail-focused, ensuring accuracy in everything you do
- Flexible and adaptable, happy to support across different areas
- Comfortable using basic systems (Excel knowledge is helpful but not essential)
- Experience in administration, customer service, or site operations is beneficial—but just as important is a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
