ABOUT THE ROLE
Cleanology is looking for an Account Associate with excellent organisational skills and a solid understanding of the importance of a support role. The ideal candidate will create and maintain a positive work environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and service. You’ll be a reliable and proactive support to the day-to-day operations of a premium account alongside 3 other members of management.
PACKAGE:
Salary: £32,500
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
40 hours per week
LOCATION:
London HO- Vauxhall
Occasional visit to client sites within Central London alongside management
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to a premium client account, including;
- Respond to all client communication – including Whatsapp messages and emails
- Liaise with the operational team regarding client queries and update/action tickets on client ticketing system in agreed time frame
- Obtain quotes as per clients request and submit in line with Cleanology pricing format and procurement procedures as well as the client’s requested format
- Obtain and process stock orders for materials and consumables for all client sites, while communicating delivery detail updates to all parties
- Update internal and external systems following client requests including move ins and outs of client floors and buildings
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding mobilization of sites
- Organize client site visits in line with management and client availability
- Attend internal meetings regarding the account and take note of any action points required
- Assist with creating client quarterly presentation alongside management, marketing and sales department
- If required, attend site visits with management as additional resource to assist with administrative tasks
- Other additional ad hoc tasks may be required as per the needs of the business

Ideal Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role. You will have excellent customer service, communication and IT skills, ideally Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Confident in handling sensitive data and ensuring it is maintained in a confidential manner.
