- Provide support to improve performance.
- Managing poor performance effectively and within company policies/procedures.
- Audits/Payroll timesheets.
- Health and Safety checks and training.
- Order consumables and materials for sites via the online system.
- Ability to travel regularly between multiple client sites across the region. A driving licence and access to a vehicle may be beneficial for this role.
- Experience managing operations within a multi-site, customer-focused environment such as facilities management, hospitality, retail, logistics, healthcare, or similar sectors.
- The role includes a rota covering occasional evenings, weekends, and bank holiday periods, with advance notice provided wherever possible.
- Experience managing budgets and understanding financial performance indicators is desirable.
