Reports to: Senior Area Operations Manager

Indirectly reports to: Operations Director

  • Performance Management: Address underperformance in line with company policies.
  • HR & Compliance: Collaborate with HR on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
  • Operations Oversight: Conduct audits, manage payroll timesheets, and ensure health & safety compliance.
  • Supplies & Logistics: Order consumables and materials via the company’s online system.

Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on quality and service excellence.

Valid Driving License: Essential for travel between sites.

Previous experience in a multi-site service or facilities management role with a strong client focus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some.
