Reports to: Senior Area Operations Manager
Indirectly reports to: Operations Director
- Performance Management: Address underperformance in line with company policies.
- HR & Compliance: Collaborate with HR on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Operations Oversight: Conduct audits, manage payroll timesheets, and ensure health & safety compliance.
- Supplies & Logistics: Order consumables and materials via the company’s online system.
Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on quality and service excellence.
- ✔ Valid Driving License – Essential for travel between sites.
- Previous experience in a multi-site service or facilities management role with a strong client focus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays.
- Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
