Package: £32,000 - £35,000 + Company Car
Reports to: Senior Area Operations Manager
Indirectly reports to: Operations Director
Covering sites across Derbyshire, Yorkshire and Staffordshire
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Management – Promptly and professionally handle client concerns.
- Team Leadership – Recruit, support, and develop cleaning operatives.
- Performance Management – Address underperformance in line with company policies.
- HR & Compliance – Collaborate with HR on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- On-Site Presence – Maintain a strong, visible presence across client sites.
- Operations Oversight – Conduct audits, manage payroll timesheets, and ensure health & safety compliance.
- Budget Management – Ensure monthly site budgets are met.
- Supplies & Logistics – Order consumables and materials via the company’s online system.
