ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a dynamic, field-based operational management role suited for a highly organized and resilient individual. REPORTING STRUCTURE

Reports to: Regional Operations Manager (ROM)
Indirectly reports to: Operations Director (OD)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Client Management – Promptly and professionally handle client concerns.
  • Team Leadership – Recruit, support, and develop cleaning operatives.
  • Performance Management – Address underperformance in line with company policies.
  • HR & Compliance – Collaborate with HR on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
  • On-Site Presence – Maintain a strong, visible presence across client sites.
  • Operations Oversight – Conduct audits, manage payroll timesheets, and ensure health & safety compliance.
  • Budget Management – Ensure monthly site budgets are met.
  • Supplies & Logistics – Order consumables and materials via the company’s online system.
