- Working closely with technicians to ensure they have the equipment, materials and information required for each visit.
- Monitoring service progress and keeping customers updated where required.
- Supporting inventory management of pest control products and equipment.
- Working closely with the Sales and Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make our service coordination function more efficient.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused and comfortable working in a busy environment.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a scheduling, dispatch, coordination or customer service role, preferably within a service-based industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly approach.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM systems, scheduling software and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to take ownership of issues and find solutions.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience within the pest control industry is advantageous, but not essential.
