Cleankill Environmental Services is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused
Service Administrator to join our team.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for coordinating our field-based pest control technicians and ensuring our customers receive an efficient, professional and reliable service from start to finish.
You’ll be the main point of contact for customers and technicians, managing schedules, resolving queries and helping to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- What you'll be doing
- Scheduling and dispatching pest control technicians to customer locations, ensuring routes and appointments are planned efficiently.
- Managing incoming customer enquiries by phone and email, providing information, arranging appointments and resolving service-related queries.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and service histories within the CRM system.
- Preparing and processing service agreements, invoices and other relevant documentation.
- Working closely with technicians to ensure they have the equipment, materials and information required for each visit.
- Monitoring service progress and keeping customers updated where required.
- Supporting inventory management of pest control products and equipment.
- Working closely with the Sales and Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make our service coordination function more efficient.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused and comfortable working in a busy environment .
You’ll ideally have
- Previous experience in a scheduling, dispatch, coordination or customer service role , preferably within a service-based industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly approach.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using
CRM systems, scheduling software and Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and remain calm under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to take ownership of issues and find solutions.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience within the pest control industry is advantageous, but not essential .
