Cleankill Environmental Services is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our friendly and successful team working in and around West London and Middlesex. We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual, who is interested in a career in pest control. No previous experience within the pest control industry is required, as we offer a full training program, but we are happy to consider applications from those holding a recognised industry qualification.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working indoors and outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a professional team. As a van-based technician, you'll have your own service area and become part of a team, working alongside experienced professionals.

We offer full training for this exciting role, including in-house and external training courses, which will usually lead to an Industry-recognised qualification. We provide on-going training and support, with opportunities to obtain higher level qualifications for those who are keen to progress their knowledge and experience. Details of the role we are offering:

  • We are looking for candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who are outgoing, confident, physically fit, who are happy to work indoors and outdoors, and who are comfortable dealing with the general public.
  • Some experience of customer service is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Candidates will need DBS clearance, as we have several sensitive customers who demand this.

About the Role

As a Pest Control Service Technician, you will assist with the control of public health pests, including rats, mice and a variety of insect pests. You will manage your own diary and liaise directly with customers. The full details include:

  • Full-time employment as Pest Control service technician
  • Age: 21+
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Paid overtime.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme after 6 months.
  • 5% commission for converted new business leads.
  • Company incentive and bonus schemes.
