Location: Cleankill (Environmental Services) Ltd, 3rd Floor Legion House, 75 Lower Road, Kenley, Surrey CR8 5NH

Salary: TBC

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Role:

  • Provide administration support and services.
  • First point of contact by phone and email with clients, company technicians, and sales force.
  • Checking and actioning sales paperwork.
  • Checking and actioning service paperwork.
  • Liaising with clients on a regular basis to update on work progress.
  • Taking ownership of queries and complaints.
  • Keeping database records up to date.
  • Producing and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Filing.
  • Answering low level account queries.
  • General office duties.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service skills when dealing with clients via telephone.
  • Highly organised and flexible with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Fast, accurate data entry skills with high attention to detail.
  • Able to work under own initiative, be proactive, efficient as part of a team.
