Working in the clean team you are responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of the whole venue. You will work as part of a large team to ensure all customer areas across the 2 floors are always spotless.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing extensive cleaning service to the whole venue.
  • Regularly checking and cleaning toilet facilities.
  • Glass collecting and clearing tables during opening hours.
  • General housekeeping around the venue, including all surfaces, bins and customer areas.
  • Ensure correct signage and Health and Safety measures are in place across the venue.
  • Carrying out intensive cleaning before and after opening hours.
  • Learn and familiarise with the venue to direct customers.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all training is completed in a timely manner.
  • Proactively contribute to and suggest ways of improving company processes and procedures.
  • Assisting in the onboarding of newer members of the team.

Skills:

  • 1 year of cleaning experience.
  • Experience in a competitive socialising or hospitality venue.
  • Experience working in high customer volume venues.
  • Experience working in teams as well as independently.

Personal:

  • Flexibility to work regular evenings and weekends.
  • Positive, ‘Can do’ attitude, picking up any additional responsibilities to help the wider team.
  • A keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and keen to deliver an amazing service.
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt.
  • Excellent verbal and written English is required for this role.
