Role Description
Working in the clean team you are responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of the whole venue. You will work as part of a large team to ensure all customer areas are always spotless.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing extensive cleaning service to the whole venue.
- Regularly checking and cleaning toilet facilities.
- Glass collecting and clearing tables during opening hours.
- General housekeeping around the venue, including all surfaces, bins and customer areas.
- Ensure correct signage and Health and Safety measures are in place across the venue.
- Carrying out intensive cleaning before and after opening hours.
- Learn and familiarise with the venue to direct customers.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure all training is completed in a timely manner.
- Proactively contribute to and suggest ways of improving company processes.
- Assisting in the onboarding of newer members of the team.
Skills
Technical
- 1 year of Cleaning experience.
- Experience in a competitive socialising or hospitality venue.
- Experience working in high customer volume venues.
- Experience working in teams as well as independently.
Personal
- Flexibility to work regular evenings and weekends.
- Positive, ‘Can do’ attitude, picking up any additional responsibilities to help the wider team.
- A keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and keen to deliver an amazing service.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt.
- Excellent verbal and written English is required for this role.
