- Remove and clean all extractor fans and hoods
- Clean the exterior of refrigerators and freezers
- Descale and clean coffee machines and kettles
- Clean inside and behind microwaves
- Deep clean the dishwasher and its filter
- Deep clean floor drains
Surfaces & Fixtures
- Clean and disinfect all countertops, backsplashes, and sinks
- Clean walk-in refrigerators and freezers in the basement
- Clean the dry storeroom and pots room in the basement
- Wash the bin holder inside and out
- Degrease and sanitise walls and ceiling corners
- Scrub and polish stainless steel surfaces
- Deep clean and sanitise sinks, faucets, and drains
- Disinfect light switches and door handles
Floors & Storage Areas
- Sweep debris and use the i-mop machine to clean floors
- Clean and organise shelves and dry storage areas
- Clean floor drains and grates
Waste Management
- Deep clean and sanitise bins inside and out
- Replace liners and ensure pest control traps are correctly placed
- Remove all rubbish and recycling
