Job Description: CleanEarth are looking for an experienced, motivated, organised PV Installer Site Manager to join our existing team and assist with the installation of PV systems, together with operations and maintenance on various sites throughout the country. The role will require flexibility to work intensely for certain periods of time anywhere in the country, with regular working away.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in renewables, roofwork or general construction.
  • Previous Site Manager or construction site management experience to include supervising a full installation team on site and ensuring all H&S requirements are met.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Methodical, accurate and process focused approach to tasks.
  • Flexibility for working throughout the UK, including evenings and weekends where necessary.
  • Flexibility to regularly work away.
  • SMSTS.
  • Driving License.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous solar PV installation experience.
  • Health and Safety compliance; Level 2 in the workplace.
  • Asbestos Awareness.
  • Telehandler ticket.
  • RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements).
  • MEWP 3a & 3b ticket.
  • Working at heights.
  • Manual handling.
  • CSCS card.
