Your new role:
Reporting to our Chief Technical Officer, you will be providing IT support to our employees and occasionally to suppliers and customers. The role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Some of the key responsibilities as part of this will be:
- Providing IT support by phone, email or in person, on hardware, software, systems and databases;
- Setting up desktop and laptop computers, ensuring that systems are ready for use and operating correctly;
- Diagnosing and correcting problems with PC and server hardware, network and internet connectivity and telephone systems;
- Ensuring the safe disposal of old equipment and used items, in line with recognised procedures and legal requirements.
We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role and have had experience in administration of Active Directory domains and Server Operating systems.
