As a Production Team Leader with us, you will take responsibility for managing a number of Production Operatives and ensure KPI's are delivered, with a focus on quality and customer service. You will ensure all Operatives are trained and that standards are maintained and followed, including dealing with any HR issues such as disciplinaries/investigations/Return to Work interviews. You will also be responsible for resolving all production issues in your area and will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure shift targets are met.
This is a hands‑on role, where you will need to "roll‑up your sleeves" and muck in.
The key thing here is your experience in managing/supervising a team in a multi‑cultural environment. This is ESSENTIAL.
You will need a good level of spoken and written English (our business language), be a team player and will ideally have had exposure to dealing with staff HR issues.
Previous experience in a laundry would of course be beneficial, however full training will be provided.
You need to be aged 18 or over and have proof of eligibility to work in the UK, plus have a bank account in your name or as part of a joint account.

Our Slough site are excited to be recruiting for a Production Team Leader on a full time, permanent basis. The role operates on a 4 on 2 off shift pattern, including weekends, with the shift running from 6.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
